The LYFER Field Notepad is crafted from 100% stone paper, offering a smooth writing surface that resists water and tearing.
Originally designed by LYFER, this compact, durable pocket notebook is made to handle changing conditions, whether recording bird sightings in the field or keeping notes throughout the day.
Thread-bound with an orange cotton spine, the cover features embossed LYFER detailing and the Birdmark, finished with subtle foiling. Inside, lined pages include space for date, day and title to keep observations organised.
Additional pages include a bird anatomy reference, a note from the LYFER team and a quote from Sir David Attenborough.

PRODUCT CARE
Our stone paper is highly water-resistant and designed for outdoor use. However, this applies to the paper itself and does not make the ink waterproof.
For best results:
- Use a ballpoint pen (biro) or pencil.
- Avoid water-based inks, including fountain pens, as they may not dry properly and can smudge or bleed.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures and direct heat.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
