Order Processing
Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
Store pickup
Currently, we do not offer store pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your preferred address.
Local Delivery
Currently, we do not offer local delivery services. All orders are shipped directly to your preferred address.
Flat Rate-Shipping
We use Australia Post for all order deliveries, offering standard shipping at a flat rate of $10.95. Orders are shipped from Melbourne, and standard delivery times typically range from 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location within Australia.
At this time, we do not offer express post services. Additionally, we are unable to ship outside Australia. However, if you’re inquiring from overseas, please reach out to us at support@lyferbrand.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer a flat shipping rate of $10.95 on all orders across Australia unless your order qualifies for free shipping, in which case shipping is on us!
You’ll get free shipping on all orders over $90.
Pre-order and mixed orders
If your order includes both in-stock items and a pre-order or out-of-stock item, your full order will be shipped together once all items are ready. The latest estimated dispatch date will apply to the whole order.
If you would like your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
International Shipping
