Meet the Hopping Friendwing

The Hopping Friendwing, Lyferia amicalis, is a rare but increasing species known for bringing together birds of all kinds.

Created by LYFER, it celebrates friendship, individuality and the diverse people connected through a shared love of birds and birding. The male is recognised by his blue breast, while the female carries a warm orange breast. Both feature LYFER’s signature colours—and either can be worn by anyone.
